Now that you have learned the first posture, learn the second one and the third one.

You have now learned three postures that will increase the volume of your thoracic cage. Practice regularly these postures in the following manner:

Intensive phase: once a day for 10 days; practice three times in a row the series of three postures preferably in the morning before breakfast in front of an open window or in a well ventilated room

Stabilizing phase: for 4 weeks practice three times a week three times in a row the series of three postures preferably in the morning before breakfast in front of an open window or in a well ventilated room.
It can be any day of the week, at your convenience. The three days can be one after the other or spread along the week. The key is to practice three times a week.

Maintenance Phase: your thoracic cage is now more widely opened. You need to keep practicing regularly to maintain that level of openness.
Once a week practice three times in a row the series of three postures preferably in the morning before breakfast in front of an open window or in a well ventilated room.
