• Various Pranayama Techniques:
• Practice of the Mudras
• Practice of Pancha Sahita Pranayama (for rejuvenation of the organs)
• Practice of Anunasika Pranayama (to open all breathing canals)
• Practice of Bhujamgini Kriya (for the nervous system)
• Practice of Kapalabathi Pranayama (for the brain)
• Practice of Kaya Kriya (for relaxation and concentration on the breath for meditation)
• Practice of Mandala Pranayama (a higher form of Kriva)
• Practice of Nadi Shoddhana and of Nadi Shuddhi (to clean and purify the nervous system)
• Practice of Paryanka Asana (to stimulate the Thymus gland)

The number of participant is limited to 25. The cost doesn’t include food (except a light lunch), accommodation and transport.
